This service is the most humbling that we offer. It allows the family to spend time together away from the sorrow and sadness that follows death. It entrusts the body of your loved one to us, an extension of your family. We will care for them and accompany them to their final place of rest. Once the cremation is complete, we will contact the next of kin, and return the ashes to them in a temporary container, along with proof of death certificates, and pre-filled CPP forms.
Note: Cancellation of the health card, we will require the health card number to complete the application.
CPP/Survivor Benefits if it applies and the deceased worked in Canada, we can complete the application for the Canada Pension Plan Death benefit; and if there is a surviving spouse we can complete the application for the Survivor’s pension, some additional information required will be the survivor's date of birth, place of birth, social insurance number as well as a copy of the marriage certificate.
